We cooperate with Beijing institute of aeronautical material (BIAM), we rely on their technology and equipment , studied the technology of isothermal forging mold making technology , adopt vacuum investment precision casting and invented new mold alloy which is capable of 1100℃,σb is 480 Mpa ( 2 patented technology ) , Achieved the successful application of superpalsticity isothermal forging and near isothermal forging under the standard atmosphere pressure . It is a new technology compared to the foreign vaccum Ar protected molybdenum alloy die Superplasticity isothermal forging .Now we are capable of making complex cavity mold with φ1400mm and weight over 1.5 ton .
